  Courteous, professional, & followed a service check list. The team communicated well amongst each other for a speedy, thorough, oil change. Point of contact team member didn't push extra service but informed me of service options and asked for the sale of the service politely.

  Do not get your oil changed here unless you want your vehicle at risk. So, on October 24, 2025 I brought my 2023 Honda Pilot into this shop for an oil change. Typically, I do all oil changes myself, but because I was pressed for time and leaving the next day for an out of town road trip I decided to pop into this service center for an oil change. Needless to say, I should’ve just changed the oil myself. It took 2 1/2 hours for these guys to complete the oil change. Although there are very nice, the staff was incompetent. They removed my skid plate on the vehicle just to change my oil filter. On this vehicle, accessing the oil filter is as simple as looking behind the passenger side driver tire and unscrewing. But wait, it gets better! During my visit, I specifically asked them only to hand tighten the oil drain plug and my oil filter according to manufacturer specs. Well, while changing the oil on the vehicle today, I discovered neither one of these were done according to my requests. These guys tightened the oil filter and oil pan plug so tight that I could not get them off! I had to go to the auto parts store to get a tool specifically made for over tightening the oil filter. It was also my pleasure to discover that when they removed my skid plate they kindly left half of the screws in the bay and not attached the vehicle. As I stated, they were very nice while I waited 2 1/2 hours on an oil change. They nicely took my $80. Such a nice group of people never even offered any kind of discount for the 180 minutes of my life I lost. They were so nice that they all took a moment to sign and date the oil filter that they over tightened. So to TJ, JJ and whoever else works at your stupid facility…thank you. Your lack of training and incompetence came shining through.
