- IWIan Williams4 days ago1.0I’ve been going to this shop since before I had a license with my dad to get his oil change. Then I took my first vehicle there , then I learnt to do the changes myself and took it to this shop 2 weeks ago out of convenience in the freezing cold. I took my newish truck (23 f150 50k miles) to get an oil change. There never an oil leak on this truck before. After the change I noticed a leak immediately, it continued for a few days so I took a look, the oil cooler was leaking. The store manager Roger told me they refused to take responsibility, I informed them I would be taking legal action. 20 minutes later I get a call from corporate and Roger, they offer to do the filter and new oil … not a solution to the issue. I politely declined. I am now in the process of sending the truck to ford for diagnosis that I can use in court. Very sad to see how this shop has declined.

They replied that's all they recommended. Just trying to get people to change the more often then needed. Beware!!

He is all about overall safety of the vehicle and their passengers. I can’t say enough about this visit and the people who work at this location! Thank you very much for all that you do! I will be a faithful customer.
- LPLauren PDec 20, 20251.02 years in a row I made appointments to get my vehicle inspected and both times I went to my scheduled appointment to find out the tech who does inspections was not there at that time. I wont make that mistake a 3rd year.
- DCDiane CarpenterDec 8, 20253.0The staff at the Vails Gate location are friendly, but they look for any little thing to tack on additional fees to your bill. When I got my oil change they said the price is $106 and then I told them I had a Groupon and they changed the price to $118, I asked why the price increased and the guy says it’s because he had to put in new gaskets. I go back for an inspection and I’m told that my license plate bulbs are out and need to be replaced, they were just replaced this summer. A $21 inspection cost me $60 because the bulbs had to be changed to pass the inspection. I know next time to inspect and take pictures of my car and all lights before I get another inspection.
