None the less, they were friendly, professional, and displayed good team behaviors. I got the bill and asked about the military discount they usually give. The technician said it's only for other services provides. I didn't argue and just accepted as a change of ownership. I then asked how much much was put in my vehicle to which he pretend to not hear or ignored. I asked again to which they put more than half of a quart less so I asked why. He presented some technical mumbo-jumbo to which I reminded him that the manufacturer and other professional recommended the full amount and nothing below. He pretended to check something then told another technician to bring the rest of the oil required. In the end, I believe he was trying to make more money but not in an honest way. I won't go back there and find another place across the street known for their honest service.
