    Been waiting 45 minutes and counting past our rental time and we keep only being told 5 more minutes there are only 2 of us-not acceptable. Offered us a downgrade without a refund for the extra we paid for the suv. Don’t use enterprise, they are rude and will not give you your car on time.

    Bad business practices. I don't know how their reps get paid, but if I had to guess I'd say they're HEAVILY commission based to the point of blatantly lying to get more money out of me. After being pushed to upsell several times, I told the rep that I didn't want a bigger car, didn't need any insurance and didn't want to pay more than I had already purchased. But after signing the waiver to decline additional coverage, they still decided to charge me for it. When I returned, my bill was 150% MORE than what I had contractually agreed to. After calling and being passed around their corporate customer service system for a while, an escalations rep finally agreed to remove the charge. If you rent a car here, ALWAYS double check what they're charging you! Stealing from people and hoping they don't realize it is not a way to run a sustainable business.
