  The gentleman at the counter was so pleasant and professional. He processed my rental quickly. The car was great, clean and functioning well. This is the only rental company that called me directly to find out if I was pleased with my rental. My experience with Enterprise has always been exceptional.

  I want to publicly say thank you to the manager of this branch, Steven, who went above and beyond to help me thru this brutal and super inconvenient snow storm we just had. He helped me immensely, and didn’t make me jump thru hoops or anything to do so… which is contrary anymore to my dealings with a lot of the bigger corporations I do business with, while traveling… The care, and personal touch, and CUSTOMER SERVICE (a lost art) goes a long way with me, and makes me glad to rent from enterprise (though the 800 number is a waste of time, as are the long distance reps)… if it wasn’t for Steven, this would have been a totally different experience. Thanks again.

  I have been renting from Enterprise for at least 10 years, and after this experience, I can’t imagine renting from anyone else. The manager from the Newburgh 17k store, bent over backwards to accommodate me, and with the sad visit I was about to take, he was a blessing. The vehicle was a Jeep Compass, with just under 30k miles, ran great, as I expected. Enterprise has caring associates. I don’t even check around for a better price, because their customer service is worth the extra pennies.

  The manager and staff delivered! Not only did they respond promptly to my questions, they also worked hard to get the vehicle I requested. During my rental, a few minor issues surfaced, but they were addressed and resolved quickly and smoothly. This team went above and beyond! I am totally satisfied and look forward to renting from this location and company in the future.
