  A lazy worker by the name of Mike needs to be fired On the phone while I stood waiting waiting for ten minutes while he finished playing on his phone His coustomer skill need alot of attention Have brought up this to district manager and he still working there and when you address this with key holders (gray shirts ) at the store level all they can do and say is they are deeply sorry apologies and shake there head and offered 10% discount They need to fire this lqzy worker name Mike

  The Store Manager Peter and the rest of the crew in the New Windsor location are all so helpful and wonderful! Truly helped me with my problem and made sure I was taken care of! Thank you guys! If anyone needs any assistance please go see them! You will most definitely not regret it!

  I am a local shop owner, I’ve been doing business with the local part store for over 25 years!! I have no idea what changed Recently at this location, but all of a sudden the store is not disgusting and low on stock anymore !!! the store is always clean, The aisles Are always fully stocked, There’s new products always hitting the shelves!!! It’s literally like a different place!!! Honestly, it’s the only parts store I’ve been using the past few months or so!! I’m in their quite often and I spend a lot of money their because I own/run a local business. Usually, it’s Peter that I placed my order with, Every single time Peter does everything necessary, Inc asking all the right questions , to find me the correct parts the first time!!! And all the parts needed for the job the first time !! I can’t tell you how many times I was sick with stress because the other parts stores did me wrong either lying to me about when a part would arrive or downright selling me the wrong parts!! They could care less!! Not their time wasted!! , And I always end up back at Auto Zone , with my head down, begging for help knowing I should’ve went there first ! Instead of choosing the cheaper guy!! You 100% get what you pay for !! Auto Zones parts are the BEST QUALITY !! Peter always helps me and he literally hits me with knowledge on a regular basis and teaches me things In reference to Parts ! He doesn’t need to do that. He doesn’t need to care… But he does…… So I come back!! At this point like I said it’s the only place I use and that’s because of Peter!! So I think we all know AutoZone is great…… This AutoZone is great because of Peter …. But I can’t forget all my other people over their Because they all have helped me many many times! I just wanted to give Peter the shout out Because he consistently goes above and beyond!! He is the kind of employee I wish I could find and retain!!!! AutoZone struck gold with Peter!! Peter perfectly bridges the gap between the part and the customer so that ever sale is smooth, easy but most importantly CORRECT!! Thank you very much AutoZone and Peter and everyone their!!

  What a wonderful experience I had at AutoZone today! It was a cold, rainy day and I stopped in to get a replacement headlight. The gentlemen working there were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did they make sure I got the correct headlight, but they also installed it for me, right there in the misty rain, without a single complaint or hesitation. A huge thank you to Chris and his crew for going above and beyond and providing such excellent customer service. It truly made my day. Highly recommend this AutoZone in New Windsor, NY!

  The reviews were accurate. AutoZone efficiently managed the replacement of my vehicle's battery. Peter provided exceptional assistance in assessing the battery, recommending the optimal replacement, and completing the installation. I will certainly be a returning customer.
