  Very upset with Alamo as the gave me a rental with bald tires and I didn't realize until 1/2 way across my trip when it started to rain. Called multiple numbers and was given the run around. Not one person I spoke with even asked for my info or the vehicle information. Not one return call as requested from a supervisor or someone that could help. If I do not hear back in a few days I will be contacting the BBB and making a formal complaint with pictures and video.

  These guys stuck me with no car…made the reservation weeks ago. No call, no email, no help. Wasted about $60 on Ubers, then had to call 3 times to get my money back. Awful, do not rent from Alamo or enterprise at Stewart. Scrambling to salvage vacation I was supposed to leave for in a coup hours. Also they still have cars listed as available online for the same dates, STILL! Shady operators.

  I booked few months in advanced on their regular site, when I arrived to the counter they didn't want to honor it to me for the price I booked.

  Do not rent from Alamo terrible company with poor customer service we booked a rental only to get to the location and the location didn’t exist. The vehicle was not only confirmed online but confirmed over the phone with a representative. How is that possible? We had to break the news to five children that we would be going on our trip because no other rental place had an 8 passenger by the time all of this happened 🤬🤬 The other terrible part is Alamo did nothing to correct their error or assist with getting another vehicle
