  Worst brake + rotor job I have ever received at a shop. I haven't written a review in 2 years, but figured this experience was worth it. I brought my car in mid 2025 for a brake job, after getting that done, my driveshaft went. After having the driveshaft replaced by another mechanic I still noticed issues as if the car was being 'held back'. I would get on the highway and try to accelerate as I normally would, but had extreme difficulty increasing speed once I get up in the 70s. I took the car back to the shop asking them to check the brakes to see if they were overtightened, which at this point I was suspicious because of how they'd always squeak when the car creeps or when I am lightly applying gas. I also found it suspicious that the driveshaft went after the brake job since increased drivetrain stress could make it worse. Even my wife noticed something was wrong as well. They took the car in, and kept it a few hours and called back saying they found no issues and that I am good to go.. took it back on the highway and the issues pulling in the 70s had immediately disappeared and never came back. To this day I still have somewhat very squeaky brakes any time I am pulling off, creeping or slow rolling with a little gas.. My 7 year old oem brakes and beat up rotors were much better. Seems like a combination of the cheapest parts they could find and a bad brake job mixed with some dishonesty. I can't prove it all, but this has been my experience.

  I had a good experience at Mr tire. I will not be returning to the one I used to frequent, it was never a pleasant experience. I’m so glad I decided to switch locations.

  service was excellent for inspection, except they no longer charge separate fee for safety and emissions portion, so even though one passes and one fails, must pay for both upon reinspection once fixes are made. they also claim they never charged separately. went for 2nd inspection after fixes made and charged $21 again. pointed out emissions already passed, so it should not be charged again and was informed the emissions was not done, yet the charge was made, so this inspection cost was $42.
