- JYjohnny yorkDec 18, 20251.0Stay away from this location, these people are sketchy. My kid goes to school up there and his car broke down and was towed to this location. We live hours away and not familiar with any repair shops in the area. Problem with car was the starter broke. Mr. tire called my son trying to sell him tires, My son told him to call me. The Mr. Tire employee had me on the phone for about 10 minutes telling me how bad his tires were and how unsafe the car was. I told him that the tires were just replaced a year ago, they had less then 10,000 miles on them. He went on and on, Finally, I told him to forget the tires and just replace the starter. I said how much for the starter - $780 to replace a starter on an old Honda Accord. I have no idea what the going rate is but this seemed a little excessive. I had no choice because I did not want to have to have the car towed again. I looked at the tires when he came home and they are fine, plenty of tread. Not a great experience with this location.

We were asked if we would wait or drop off and we answered wait as she had no ride back. Upon arrival there were no techs to repair and she was stuck. Really bad customer service to schedule that way.

I spoke with Mike both times who was great, quick, and professional. I didn’t make an appointment and they fixed my car within a few hours on both occasions. They didn’t add any additional fees or charges and the location is convenient for students like myself!

I spoke to a man named Rich who somehow figured out a way to get the part I needed. I don't usually write reviews but this place definitely deserves one, would have been stuck without a car for months if they didn't take the initiative they did. Very nice as well
