I spoke with Mike both times who was great, quick, and professional. I didn’t make an appointment and they fixed my car within a few hours on both occasions. They didn’t add any additional fees or charges and the location is convenient for students like myself!

I spoke to a man named Rich who somehow figured out a way to get the part I needed. I don't usually write reviews but this place definitely deserves one, would have been stuck without a car for months if they didn't take the initiative they did. Very nice as well

I was told the car would be done the following day for an inspection! I only have one car and was depending on a friend for transportation so could not leave it overnight. I was given another appointment, before noon, and was told it would be done by 6 or 7. My friend dropped me off at 3:30 and I only had to wait for 45 minutes. The employees were nice and sympathetic but, although everyone was working hard, there was too much work. Get a new appt.system!

The location never called me that they didn’t have my car, and my car was dropped off at a different location. Utterly appalled.
- CHColin HaukeOct 21, 20253.0Tried to make an appointment online for a specific set of tires. Online system didn't work. Tried calling - the phone number went to an over seas call center. Spoke to some guy who did not know jack about cars or tires before getting connected to someone at the actual location. They were very helpful/friendly/knowledgeable etc...but said I'd have to go there in person to order the specific tires I wanted, put down a deposit, and then return a different day to get them mounted --- not possible to do over the phone. I ended up just getting them price matched at another tire place because it was becoming a right proper hassle with Mr. Tire. Prices were good, guess I found out why.
