- TKToni KrasnicNov 29, 20253.0The EVgo chargers were very difficult to find and had to drive up and down few times. They are on Mezzanine level, across Regal Cinema. Enter garage on Lecount Pl and drive straight into garage until end and then turn right. Lines were long, even at 8am, with more than 30 mins wait. NYC needs more EV chargers.

- JSJASON SALDANASep 25, 20253.0First time charging here… decided to try it out with 70% on a jeep wagoneer s. 9 am on a Thursday and there were 5/6 spots available. It’s a fast charger. Downside is it’s expensive to use if you’re paying per use and the app wouldn’t let me log in on my phone. They have payment plans if you use it regularly to save some money per session. That’s great, but the app has to work man. Will update as I use it. Hoping to get the app working properly. I couldn’t sign on on my web browser either.
- SBSemih BozNov 24, 20244.0very hard to find the chargers without reading the reviews here. No signs no nothing. 5/6 chargers were operating and there was a huge line at midnight. Consider waiting for an hour or so for charging at night.
