Visited during early evening of Wednesday, 10/6/25 to check engine oil, and inspect engine noise. We were attended by
Anthony Vasquez who expeditiously helped us arrive at possible problems and solution to our vehicle's symptoms; after adding a quart of oil and conducting an electronic analysis, we determined a visit to the Subaru mechanic is warranted. Mr. Vazquez was polite and eager to assist us; he demonstrated efficiency and professionalism all the while maintaining an upbeat energetic attitude. Thank you for your help Mr. Vazquez

Early Saturday morning, I went in to request a simple refund and the woman at the counter acted like helping me was an inconvenience. She seemed irritated and made the whole interaction uncomfortable.
On another visit, I asked a male employee for help finding clips for my car, and he had no idea what I was talking about or how to check. Instead of asking another associate or looking it up, he just shrugged it off.
I expect better knowledge and basic courtesy from a store that’s supposed to specialize in auto parts. Both visits left a bad impression. AutoZone really needs to retrain staff on professionalism and product awareness at this location.
