  They close earlier than advertised which is mad inconvenient. Twice I’ve experienced bad attitudes from their workers.

  I came in today to replace the battery in my Toyota RAV4 with a new one I had ordered online. A young staff member helped me remove the old battery and install the new one. Because the engine compartment space was very limited, he had to spend extra time carefully adjusting and fitting it into place. Even though it was extremely cold outside today, he remained patient throughout the process. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I will definitely come back for other services.

  I came in on Sunday, December 7th, after needing a jump start for my Acura and went straight to Auto Zone to get the battery tested. Lily was at the counter and was fantastic. I explained the situation, and she tested the battery. What really impressed me was that she showed me the reading on the screen and took the time to explain in detail what the results meant. I work in the office at an autobody shop, so I have some knowledge about cars, and her explanation was spot-on. The battery definitely needed to be replaced. Lily then went over all the battery options with me, helping me pick the right one for my car. Gio was the "Red Shirt" working that day, and he was absolutely great. He was juggling helping multiple customers with their installations, answering questions from people walking in, and he did it all with a smile on his face. He's friendly, attentive, and clearly knows his stuff. He installed my new battery 1-2-3, and I was back on the road in no time. I have to give 5 stars to Lily and Gio for their exceptional customer service. They made a stressful situation easy and handled it with professionalism and a great attitude. They're a huge asset to Auto Zone!
