The very next day, my car started having problems it had NEVER had before, specifically my heat completely stopped working. During my visit, an employee told me there was an issue connected to my radiator and gave me multiple different prices ($1000, then $500), then told me he would fix it for free if I came back on Sunday. When I returned, he worked on my car on Mavis property during business hours, had me drive 30 minutes to pick up a part myself, and replaced the radiator. During that process, additional damage was caused to my car (a plastic component was broken), and the repair was not even fully completed. When I brought this up, I was told I should be “content” that the radiator was fixed. After escalating to corporate, I was told by management that the damage would be repaired at no cost. Later, they completely reversed that and refused to take responsibility, claiming they wouldn’t cover it because I didn’t pay on the Sunday visit—even though the work was done by their employee, at their shop, during work hours. This entire experience was unprofessional, inconsistent, and extremely frustrating. My car left in worse condition than when I brought it in, and no one is taking accountability. I would strongly recommend being cautious when bringing your vehicle here.
