  Save your money. Don't fall for the monthly unlimited package. I was a regular customer paying for their monthly unlimited plan, and the treatment I received was absolutely unacceptable. The receptionist — a particular lady at the front desk — was consistently rude, dismissive, and made me feel like an inconvenience every single time I showed up. No smile, no courtesy, just attitude. It became crystal clear very quickly what their game is: sell you the unlimited monthly package, then make your experience so miserable that you stop coming. That way they pocket your money without actually providing the service. Classic bait-and-switch mentality dressed up as a subscription. If you're a regular customer expecting to actually USE what you paid for — think twice. This place doesn't want loyal customers. They want your money and your absence. I will NOT be renewing, and I strongly recommend everyone read reviews carefully before handing these people a dime.

  It was really 5 star. I purchased the full service gold wash. Only reason I gave it a 4 was because during the spray down of my car , my Kobe Bryant sticker was pretty much completely removed. Had it there as a reminder that he’s always with me. In spite of that still a great experience! I felt like I was more happy than the car , it felt like I just got the freshest haircut. It was my first time there.The staff very respectful and treated my car with care. I’ve never been to a car wash that throughly cleans the car/trunk before the wash and the care after the wash was superb. All the little details from how they cleaned the inside of my car from the dashboard, cup holders, in and around the seat. All the little details. Definitely coming back and recommending this place to all my people.

  Worst car wash ever. They charged me $84 for full interior and exterior car wash. Got my car back and was barely cleaned. I basically got scammed by these people. After getting my car back I showed them all the areas they didnt clean and still got my car back dirty. I am attaching some pictures because i didnt took many. Stay away from this place

  I’ve been to this car wash about three times before and always had pleasant experiences, which is why I came back again. This time, though, was a completely different story. I recently bought a car and wanted to get it properly cleaned before I really started driving it like it was mine. I decided to go with their “Deluxe” package, which was about $100 and included mat cleaning, seat disinfectant and protectant, exterior wash, and more. Unfortunately, the quality just didn’t match the price. After they finished, I had to ask staff multiple times to go back and address spots they missed—both inside and outside of the car. Even after bringing it to their attention, the job still felt incomplete. When I left, my mats were still visibly dirty, there was dust and dirt on the seats, and lint all throughout the trunk. It was honestly disappointing, especially considering my previous visits were solid. This isn’t a bad place if you’re just looking for a quick, casual wash. But if you’re planning to spend around $100, I’d recommend putting that money toward a proper detail elsewhere. The results just didn’t justify the price this time.
