They tend to do the bare minimum and still claim the job is complete. On top of that, the car now pulls to the right during normal driving, which is unsafe and could potentially cause harm or an accident.

I waited on line for 15 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, the employee skipped me and helped someone who had just walked in. When I asked why, he literally told me, “I knew the customer so I took him before I helped you.” Then I had to wait another 10 minutes while he helped his friend first. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Don’t go to this location. Go to the Floral Park Mavis instead, they actually treat customers fairly. 11/13/25

Of course I didn’t remember until I was traveling to New York. Stopping at the Mavis nearest my destination, 500 Hillside Ave, New Hyde Park, the young technician Alberto was very helpful in checking my tires to make sure they were indeed secure and would only accept a thank you. I couldn’t appreciate his kindness more. So I would like to acknowledge this young man
