Nigel up front was friendly, informative and communicated clearly. I had a 9 AM appointment, when I arrived Nigel explained that when you put in your order on the website and it says same day availability of tires, that does not mean the tire is already at the store (the web site does not clearly explain this). I would have had to wait hours for the tire I chose to get to the store. So I worked with Nigel to choose another tire that they had on hand, and he was very helpful in choosing the tires. When I got there there was one other car in the bays, and no one in the waiting room. I was done with the transaction about 9:15, but it took me an hour and 45 minutes more to get my car back. If they were busy, that might be OK, but there was only one other person there. I glanced in the engine bay multiple times but to be honest I could not fully see my car so I could not tell whether they were working on it or not. I did see one or two techs sitting nearer to me in the shop, scanning their phones. Seems like even if they are not busy, they assign one tech to the car and that's it, and I just happened to get the slowest one? Not sure, but 1:45 is a long time to wait in a tire shop for your car. The work seems to have been done properly, including putting my mini spare back into position. My only issue is the time it took.
