One example of this is they overtighten the The oil filter. And the oil was leaking everywhere. Just most recently, she went in for a quote on how much her a pair bill cost. And they charged her $154 with no work being done. Scam artist. Not a single person there is friendly. Follow up 4/13: I looked underneath myself and found out that quote of $1700 was incorrect. All that was needed was sway bar links. I took it to another shop to confirm my suspicion and my suspicion was correct. This was after Tallman's quoted me a CV axle, both tie rods inner and outer, right front lower control, and obviously an alignment. However, getting a second opinion is not what they wanted and charged her $154. Clearly don't come her for any kind of work. Let alone and oil change or beyond
