  I don’t rent a car often and usually dread it. But it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. First, on the phone, Kat was so friendly in such a genuine way. Of course they have to ask your date of birth and mine was about two weeks prior and Kat made a point to say Happy Belated Birthday. Then, in person Trevor and Ethan took care of me and were beyond gracious and cool. I was almost bummed it was such an efficient and quick interaction. I could have hung with them for a while and not have felt impatient at all. Great experience and energy all around.

  Staff friendly and got melon my quickly. When I dropped off the car they were able to drop me back off at my home.

  Mike was excellent! He went above & beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the vehicle. Also , there was an issue with cruise control. When we returned car & told them about it , they discounted one of the fees . We were pleased that they took great care of us.

  Manny at Burrstone road office went above and beyond helping me to get a car to rent. Was very courteous and polite with all my needs and questions. I definitely recommend them. I will use them again if needed in the future.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Car Rental in New Hartford, NY! The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process quick and easy. The car was clean, full of gas, and ready to go. A special thanks to Michael Caliguire, who was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping customers. He answered all my questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Returning the car was just as easy, and I highly recommend Enterprise in New Hartford—especially if you want a hassle‑free rental with excellent service!
