  Exposing Enterprise Car Rental 🚨 on Burrstone Rd. New Hartford! So on Nov 2nd around 9:45–10pm I returned my rental. I had accidentally left my purse on the passenger floor and it had my entire wallet and over $300 cash from my baby shower inside. I called twice the next day (Nov 3rd) and was told both times it wasn’t there. I even showed up in person on the 4th and was told again “no bag was found.” Yesterday I finally called the police and asked to see the camera footage and you can clearly see everything. The first employee who cleaned the car didn’t go inside until she got to the passenger side, then sat in there for a while (most likely when she took the cash). She then puts my purse on a rack in the cleaning garage instead of turning it in to lost and found. Later, another employee comes, grabs it off the rack, walks into a blind spot, and throws it out. I understand they can’t go inside a purse to identify the owner, but they can easily look up my info from the rental agreement I literally just returned hours before. They can call to “ask how my experience was,” but not to let me know my purse was sitting right there? Make it make sense. They stole money that was gifted for my baby and even a card is missing. Moral of the story: trust your gut. Don’t let these businesses gaslight you. I knew something was off all week, and I was right. How was my purse located in their dumpster SOAKED! They really tried to discard the evidence and the day I showed up in person the exact person that robbed me came to the front made eye contact with me and hurried to the back. So we just let thieves keep their jobs? Cool. You stole from my baby and I won’t forget that. Enterprise won’t take accountability for their employees actions so I guess they’re going to just be in a hell of a ride with me cause I ain’t letting up 😂- This is very disgusting and needs to be looked into immediately it’s ALL over FB w 160 shares already make this right especially for a pregnant person 💯

  I often rent vehicles here, never had an issue with gas, tolls or customer service. Everything is always simple straight forward. All the gentlemen that have helped me are always so nice and kind whether it's slow or busy. Thank you always! Sorry that i forgot the name but everyone is super nice and accommodating

  Awfull liars work here, recieved my rental with just under a quarter so that's how I brought it back. They charged my card 52$ for a half tank of gas I didn't have! CAN NOT, WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE HERTZ. had a way better experience at Hertz.

  I was in New Hartford, NY last week, scrambling to find a car to rent on short notice. Enterprise was the third car rental business that I tried. It was at the end of the day, and I was running out of time. Ryan Johanson managed to find a car for me, then went to great lengths to get it into my hands quickly at a price I could afford. His professionalism and customer service were outstanding. Enterprise claims that the customer's needs always come first. Ryan's performance was an excellent example of this. In the future Enterprise will be my first choice based on this experience.
