  I was dropping off my vehicle when I encountered an issue with my pickup location. They had given me the wrong vehicle and added prepaid fuel without informing me or explaining the situation. At my designated drop-off location, which was different, I worked with Grace and Manny. It was frustrating to deal with this, but the manager, Manny Baez, and Grace handled the situation without hesitation and efficiently. Enterprise this is how you keep customers happy by empowering your people. Well done 👍🏼

  We live in Central New York and had some severe weather of snow and ice the week we rented. They made sure the SUV 2025 rental had new all weather tires. Very much appreciated!!! All employees were very polite and helpful.

  Rest assure they will be charging for things they said they wouldnt. And a month after just to make sure they keep chargoig more.

  Booked a car through Expedia. I had the confirmation number for the booking, but when I arrived there were no cars available at all. Both companies are to blame, I won’t use either of them.

  Reserved a vehicle one month in advance. Called a week prior to confirm they would have the vehicle I reserved on the date I reserved it for. They assured me I was all set. I show up, the vehicle is not ready. They’re cleaning it. An hour later I finally get the vehicle. I get in it & was about to leave when the worker comes out & says, “sorry, there’s a manufacturer’s recall, I can’t let you take this.” He says he has another vehicle, but again, I have to wait because they have to clean that one! Seriously?! Again, it’s over an hour! I am now 2 hours late to get to my destination because I only figured a 30 minute delay. I get in the van & it reeks of soured milk! I end up having to stop & get a car freshener. Then, I turn on the heat… Big mistake! Straight cigar smell. My wife is sensitive to smoke smells so it made her horribly sick & we had to drive 20 hours with it! Whoever “cleaned” the vehicle must’ve used the same cloth for the windows, side view mirrors, & rear view mirror that he used to polish the dashboard because you could barely see out the windows. When it started raining it was much worse! It was all streaky & splotchy. I tried cleaning it with a wet napkin, but it made it worse. We ended up having to go to a car wash to try to remove it. It did help. Throughout the drive the vehicle kept making weird noises & we kept getting some brake warning. This place has seriously gone downhill.
