  Just had a rental car from here for the past week. My car broke down & with the winter storm, plans kept changing. I called several times throughout the week and with no hesitation my rental was modified to exactly what I needed each time & for the best rate! Great team here in Utica!!

  Despite an issue finding the right car for my trip, the staff went above and beyond trying to make sure there was a solution that feed the needs of me and my family. Each and every staff member for the New Hartford location was professional and willing to help me find the best solution.

  Let me make a reservation online to reserve a car. I get there and am told that they have no cars available. Why would you let a reservation go through then? That makes no sense. If I call and reserve a table at a restaurant and they take that reservation, when I show up I know I’ll have a table available. Was also told she “called a few times” I did not receive a single phone call from them.
