  Bought a battery awhile back and after i left some employee calls me up and accuses me of stealing saying i set off the alarm, claims i ran him over with my car, and all kinds of wild accusations. Later on he calls me up impersonating the police saying "he will see me soon". Ill never buy anything from this company again. Oreillys is way better anyway.

  This AutoZone has always been a big help to me. They take the time to listen and have provided helpful advice. For my 99 Ford Taurus Wagon, they have even secured a part that my local garage could not find. In one case, they first called and then directed me to another parts store when they did not have the the item in stock and I needed it then. To me, that is customer loyalty. They are always happy to take a look under the hood. So far (about six visits) their directions have all been correct and worked. If the job has been beyond the scope of my knowledge or ability, they have been honest and said so. Another thing I like is their location. Easy for me to get to. I also can go to Pep Boys across the street if I need work quickly and it is beyond my ability. Pep Boys also has parts, but I prefer AutoZone and always go there first.
