Called and got to the manager who came in personally with a solvent to clean it, even offered to do the entire interior if I wanted. A good crew can do a good job but an excellent one can fix mistakes when they happen. Also they were very quick on my inspection.

The guy at the front told me it would take about an hour — there was only one car being serviced and another waiting for an inspection. I told him I’d wait, but he kept repeating that they only had three people working, as if that was an excuse to move slowly. After waiting, another car pulled in behind me for an oil change, and then the employee told me to back up and said it could take two hours just for an inspection. It was clear they just didn’t want to work. The lack of professionalism and motivation was unbelievable. I hope the owner reads this and does something about the staff , this kind of service is unacceptable and makes the whole business look bad.
