My daughter had a 1:00 PM appointment for her inspection, they didn't look at her car until 5:00 PM basically they were taking walk-ins before her if the customer service would make more money for there bottom line. Unbelievable!!!!! She had the day off because she was sick thinking it should only take 20 minutes. I don't usually leave reviews! Just so you know they close at 6:00. She text me at 5:39 with a video showing there were 4 guys just walking around doing nothing but talking to each other and not giving her the time of day. Give your business to a small business auto shop instead.

The work order required renewal of all four tires along with balancing and wheel alignment. The work was completed on time and to our entire satisfaction. They took care of me in a pinch when i had a tire puncture to get my tire replaced in time before Christmas day. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and when i didn't have a ride back Brian personally came and picked me up since i live right in town. Went over and beyond!
- RLRances LopezDec 14, 20251.0Went there this afternoon to remove a nail from my tire around 1605. The crew failed to acknowledge me, despite standing in front of the desk for about 40 minutes. They saw me walk in and they had no intent to assist me. In fact, another customer that was being taken care of stated after witnessing me standing waiting "Wao they're really not gonna help you". Decided to walk out almost at 1700 because obviously I was being completely ignored and as soon as I got into my vehicle the gentleman went into the waiting area and assisted the next client that entered after me. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a Mavis Store.
