He never up sells the service knowing that people are paying with their hard earned money and don’t have any to waste like other shops that will suggest services they may not need at the time. He makes sure that I am comfortable with the service and completed it in a reasonable time. I actually feel so comfortable with him that I follow him from shop to shop because he understands my needs with my vehicles and I have 4 vehicles to maintain. I give him 6 stars for being a good guy and helping me for many years now.
