  Storefront operations top notch. Corporate operations horrible. Phone call to set up appointment was AI assistant with soulless and no-coherent responses. Assistant English speaker easily confused repeated same information multiple times. Made an appointment at 5:30pm on a Friday when the store was actually 6 appointments deep with 2 Techs left to do all the work. Store mechanics were awesome and were willing to do the work but acknowledged they were going to be behind. Polite professional and awesome working staff. Corporate decisions let these two hard working mechanics down.

  I have been going to this location for damn near six years and everytime the service is speedy, courteous, and has never costed me an arm and a leg. Easily the best shop in CNY.

  Everyone was very helpful. They got me in right away. Check my vehicle and fix it for me while I waited. I was so appreciative to David, the shop manager he was such a great help. And I will definitely go back again to have my vehicle serviced.

  Had a car towed to location on a Sunday, had a 8 am appointment Monday. Called Monday..unable to get to my vehicle until Tuesday, workers called in sick and they had other appointments “ahead “ of me on Tuesday. My car sat there for 2 Days, then diagnosed for something that can’t handle!! I’m have to pay for another tow. I used my insurance tow, lost and loosing $150 per day without a vehicle. 910 old Liverpool Rd Liverpool NY
