"Management" wants to charge $80 in labor for an oil change on a 2013 american sedan. $50 dollar increase in less than a year is an insult to your loyal customers. If its really "management/corporate" decision making then the greed the is astounding.

She saw her truck being backed out. So she got up to go get in it and was told that her truck was being taken out for a test drive. She then told the staff that she didn’t authorize this and never had that done before. When the truck arrived back staff was getting out with breakfast in their hand. That was very very unprofessional and her truck is still not aligned correctly.Her concern was liability one and gas is too high for them to be riding around in her car to pick up breakfast. Something they should not be doing.staff needs some training not take people vehicles. I hope corporate sees this is and addresses this it was very upsetting to her.This incident happened this morning. Let me add she was there yesterday to align her car. The car wasn’t taken on a test drive so she knows it’s a lie. She has been coming to this establishment for over 20 years with her multiple cars.

Since I’m not very knowledgeable about cars, he took the time to explain the situation and provided helpful insight about my vehicle. My issue was resolved in less than an hour, and the entire experience was smooth and efficient. I will definitely be returning to this Mavis location. Be sure to ask for Richard during your next visit!
