He gave me the full list of tires that I could choose from, and recommended all seasons tires. It was affordable and within my budget, and that was a big plus for me! He also provided a maintenance list for my car and explanations on what concerns to focus on and the recommended timeframe of it if I was to check in with them again. Which I definitely will! As a side note, the other worker Kumar was also helpful in providing me answers to smaller questions I had when Richard as occupied with helping another person. Very much appreciated!
