  What I liked about Enterprise Truck Rental Mt. Vernon 1) Nice facility with clean bathroom 2) Super friendly associates who called to confirm my appointment ahead of time, were efficient and helpful throughout 3) Very nice equipment - I rented a Ford f150 - very modern, good visibility and plenty of power. 4) NO BS - Enterprise truck rental policy for normal wear and tear is renter friendly - there is no attempts at hidden "gotcha" charges - they have a ruler for scratches and dents - anything under 5 inches for a scratch or under the 2 inches in diameter for a dent are considered "normal wear and tear". 4) Location - Directly across from a gas station - so easy refuel, and close access to local throughways. 5) Reasonable rates - for NYC adjacent, pricing was more than fair for my rental.

  They rented me a truck with broken back door the cable broke due to this damage and now they’re saying i owe them 2500 dollars to replace the cable. This is after I had serious brake issues with this truck called the 1800 number nobody ever showed up. Call the rental office they said they’d get back to me never did. Then said we’ll send a truck to swap out had a guy come and say let it sit for 10 mins and restart it. Truck got stuck in several roads because the air brake would lock. Clients driveways. Tiffany the person working the counter (horrendous Attitude) said o we would never rent you a truck like this. O wait yeah we did but the cable wasn’t like this. Note to owner taker better care of your trucks hire people who know anything about trucking.
