I called them at 12:30 PM to find the status of it and to my surprise they told me that my car was done. When I went to pick up my car in person, they told me that there was no nail in my tire and they did no work to it the entire 4 hours that it was there, which was weird because I saw that there was a nail in the tire so I had to basically beg the guy to walk outside and look at the nail in my tire and to his surprise he found the nail. They then told me it’s against the law to plug the tire when it’s too close to the side wall even though it was about an inch away. Needless to say, after all that they told me that I needed to buy a new tire for $205. I told them not to do anything and took my car back. They lost my business for giving me the run around.
