They charge me for continental tire and they change with mavis brand tire when I confronted to manager he said they donot had continental tire very vRude Manager said i have to come next day to change tire when i was there next morning he try to charge me extra $185 they are unprofessional and rude The wait times were excessively long, and the staff was both unprofessional and unhelpful. It felt like I was being upsold on unnecessary services, and the work was not completed correctly. Be careful with this place

I needed an oil change and couldn't fully afford the price. This manager not only out a coupon on for me but he even 15 dollars of his money to help pay for my oil change since I was still short. He did this while answering phones billing people out and welcoming people at the same time. This meant the world since I just lost my husband 3 weeks ago. Sad part was the guys in the shop where blasting music with vulgar language and I didn't think that is appropriate. I'll definitely come back still because of Josh but the company should have a better rule against music in the shops. Especially cursing in music.
