  Save yourself time and headache: find another auto glass repair shop. An hour into my first appointment (to replace the windshield on my 2025 Subaru) they told me they had ordered the wrong windshield. Before my second appointment, they called to cancel because it was raining. The day before my third appointment, I called to confirm that they had the correct windshield in the shop. They checked and confirmed that they had it but then, after-hours the night before the appointment, they left a voice message telling me that the windshield would not arrive from the warehouse in time for my appointment. They paper over their lousy service with platitudes like, "Thank you very much and have a nice day!" I swear I'm no Karen (this is the first time I have ever posted a negative review of any kind); you don't want to go here.

  Excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable technician. He was efficient replacing my windshield and did an excellent job.

  I used the Bedford Hills Safelite location and they came to my house. A friendly professional technician performed the service. Highly recommend as it was one of the few things today when dealing with a service company was pain free.

  Jordan the technician was professional, prompt, great communication throughout and did a great job with my windshield replacement. Highly recommend this safelite location.

  I’ve worked with this Safelite location more than once, and they’ve been great every time. Scheduling is easy and accommodating, and the technicians are always friendly, professional, and make the process feel smooth and hassle free. The only thing I found a bit odd was my first appointment, Issac didn’t show up or call, so I had to reschedule. On the second visit, he did call and let me know in advance, although he couldn’t complete the job since my windshield needed a full replacement. He came to my workplace, which I appreciated, but a no call, no show would’ve been a big inconvenience if I had taken time off. It also comes across as unprofessional and not a great look for the establishment. That said, I still gave 5 stars because Jason and another technician (I didn’t catch his name) made the experience worth it. They were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job.
