GEICO recommended Safelite, and I can absolutely see why. It was very quick and easy to schedule an appointment, and the whole process was smooth. The front office lady was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, providing excellent customer care and support throughout. The mobile technician, Isaac, was outstanding. He clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and we even had a great conversation like two regular guys. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who’s both knowledgeable and personable. Michael, the technician who replaced the windshield, did a superb job. He was careful, thorough, and professional, taking the time to explain his work and ensure everything was done perfectly. From start to finish, Safelite provided quick, quality service with great communication and true professionalism. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing a windshield repair or replacement. I especially want to thank Isaac, Michael, and the front office staff for turning a frustrating situation into an easy and pleasant experience.

I made the appointment for 9am on a Thursday and received the “confirmation” call 9 am that same Thursday. I spoke to Chrissy who initially tried to find out why I wasn’t there to which I answered we made the appointment last week and I usually get confirmations for simply any other place I’ve ever made an appt at. Chrissy couldn’t argue as that is in her job description and she made the mistake of not contacting me. The day of, I was first sitting for roughly 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. Then I waited for my car, while I was there chrissy would not only be rude to an older gentleman sitting down asking if he should check in with her (her job) but she further went to speak condescendingly to two ppl on the phone so bad one person hung up on her- she argued with both back and forth for a good 5 minutes offering no solution just seemingly wanting to bicker. I was so thrown off by the not only the lack of professionalism but that it seems like it’s her normal personality as a few months later she had the same attitude with my sister and could NOT answer a simple question without contradicting herself i.e “your car is brand new. it’s not new” plus more. She also lack any concrete knowledge anytime I asked her to check something she would basically say she already knows the answer and she doesn’t need to look it up. She lacks awareness it is truly sad to see this has been allowed for this long. It seems like they have no courses they require from their workers especially their head of managing customers coming in and going out and it’s truly disappointing. Overall it was a terrible experience and if you look through the reviews you will see it is not just a “bad day” it’s often enough and as a franchisee this location needs to do better. If I could give 0 stars I would have.
