I had to bring my car in earlier this month for a leak in a hose, which was also on backorder. My car was at the dealership for eight days, at that point I had no loaner car which was a disaster. Also, at that time since my car was there for eight days I asked them about the backordered part from August 3 times they told me it would be addressed. When I picked up my car, I asked if it was addressed. I was told yes! It wasn’t. The sensor light was still on since August. I had to bring the car back the day after Christmas and have the sensor fixed. I was obviously dismissed when I asked about the sensor three times! The service I received was absolutely unacceptable and really disappointing!

If you don’t call constantly they won’t call you for updates, one of their service reps has tried multiple times to make me not go with my insurance and instead pay out of my pocket for their dealership parts and work. Both times I’ve had work done their it took excessively long and Ive had to bring it back for the same problem and they gave me my truck back both times on E with my gaslight on and gas prices in mt kisco ate through the roof. Half the time you call for updates you can’t get ahold of anyone or they don’t know anything
