  First time visit at Mt Kisco Mavis and good experience immediately! John greeted and then asked about the purpose of visit. Took my Tesla for state inspection and perhaps finished approximately in 30 mins! Not all Mavis do state inspection. While waiting, convenient places to walk. BTW spacious waiting area with a work desk. Will visit again for my other car concerns.

  Awesome, efficient, professional, friendly. Sensitive to my needs. They even had a sense of humor. I had a gotten flat tire .. My car slid on ice hid curb after 6pm.This was a day after the big snow storm I was very stressed my Brother suggest I try to find a service online that could come to me so I wouldn’t have to drive my car and further damage my tire. I found Mavis in Mount Kisco I made an appointment online For 9 o’clock the next day. That same evening I got a text from Jose Rodriguez, who asked for the tire specs on the car they make and model, etc. etc. I forwarded the informationThe next day they called me back, but the availability has changed from 11:30 - 1:00. I was a little frustrated and anxious, but knew I had to wait. Around 1125. The Mavis van pulled up the car tech Lennon looked at the tire and gave me the prognosis . He came with the correct tire. Mavis store called me for payment information. The Delmy the female customer service person was very patient as I supplied my credit card information even though my first card didn’t go through. They a patiently waited as I supplied them with a better card. In about 25 minutes. My car was ready.They came to me. Provided excellent service. Reasonably priced! It made what would been a stressful experience.. an unexpected blessing !!! Thank you Guys!!

  I came in for my NY State Inspection fully knowing my brakes and tires needed attention (oh, and I also needed an oil change). The brakes failed inspection (no surprise at all!) and the tires were nearing their lifespan as the last time I had new tires was at least 5 years ago. Christian kindly, carefully, respectfully and professionally explained and showed me what was going on with my brakes and tires and gave me all my options. He was also able to help leverage great discounts to make the pricing VERY reasonable to fix the brakes, get 4 new tires, an oil change, and an alignment. The recommended tires were not in stock so another technician, David, used his own vehicle to drive to the Mavis in Yorktown to get me the tires. As I recall, I brought the car in sometime around 10 am and I was out in time to pick up my kids at 3 pm. WOW! I swear my car rides better than ever and I give gratitude each time I drive it. I am OBSESSED with my new Michelin tires! They make all the difference going over all the new potholes in the road these days. I'd also like to give a special shout out to Debbie. She was so nice and helpful on the phone when I called to make the initial appointment and she made it her mission to ensure I was able to get my car back in time to pick up my kids. We even got a chance to chat a bit and she's such a lovely and helpful person. Debbie, Christian, David and also John all made me feel like a very valued client and as I sat and waited in the waiting room, I noticed this same great treatment of other clients. It's all around a 'great vibe' at this location and I am extremely appreciative for everyone's assistance. My husband and I are longtime customers and will continue to be. For customer service, product quality, pricing, friendliness, and professionalism I give this location a 10 out of 10 and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you Mavis Mount Kisco for a wonderful experience start to finish!!

  Last night I got a flat tire on the way home from work. I arrived at Mavis Tires in Mt. Kisco at 5:30 pm. Even though they were closing at 6 pm, John quickly arranged for my spare to be put on and ordered a new tire for the next day. He called me promptly when the tire came in. When I arrived, John expeditated the tire replacement, and I was able to get to work on time. The level of service that I experienced was exceptional. John was concerned, helpful and knowledgeable. I will be sure to recommend John and Mavis to my friends and colleagues.

  Do not leave your car in here. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this service center. I was charged for a service that was never actually performed on my vehicle. After reviewing the invoice and checking the condition of my car, it became clear that the work listed was not completed. When I brought this to their attention, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation then they said im sorry and performed the job. . Being billed for services that were not performed is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about honesty and transparency. Another experience I had a very disturbing experience at this car service shop. While my vehicle was in their care, I discovered that someone working there was hitting my car in an attempt to open the door instead of simply calling me to bring my spare key. There was absolutely no reason to handle my car this way. This is careless, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable behavior toward a customer’s This has been a very bad experience from start to finish. The last time I brought my car here, they hit my vehicle with another car while it was in their care. On top of that, I’ve had an extremely difficult time getting my car properly repaired. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the damage correctly, they are now trying to declare it a total loss and offering me an amount far below the actual value of my car. They want me to sign a contract to pay to fix my car but no public any bad review. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and fair treatment is very disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before leaving their vehicle here.
