  This is how renting a car should be! Morgan and the team at Mt Kisco Enterprise took care of me like I was a member of their family. Top notch customer service. I will only be renting through My Kisco Enterprise whenever I need a car.

  Had a vehicle rented through insurance due to mine in the shop. On my third vehicle from this location, mind you this all on the same rental (not separate)...1st making weird noise in rear and dirty, 2nd car oil change light- employee stated to ignore the service was done but not reset. Dirty and smelled like Marijuana. Next day a warning light...coolant. 3rd car filthy, they just rinsed it off....that's it. I get it insurance is not giving you a rental equivalent to your normal vehicle....but this is ridiculous. These vehicles are just plain bottom of the barrel -very basic. I will look into other rental companies in the future. On the other hand the employees (great) did thier best with what they had....and it isn't much. Enterprise I am extremely disappointed

  Booked directly through Enterprise, checked in remotely, showed up at the reserved time, and was told ‘we don’t have any cars’ - not, ‘we don’t have the car you reserved,’ not, ‘it’ll be a few minutes to get something ready,’ literally, we have 0 cars. And the explanation given is ~something ~something corporate?!?!? Wildly bad business practice. The reservations are seemingly completely meaningless. Will never rent from Enterprise in the future, here or elsewhere. FTC and County DCA complaints registered. Edit; Drew - I appreciate the response. I’ve spoken with Enterprise Customer Service, but the issue is the management of your franchise. Staff offered no help or resolutions, and the pickup I returned here ~2 weeks ago with an oil check warning sat quietly in the lot, unusable (feels like 2 weeks is stretching a reasonable maintenance window). There is no reasonably risk averse customer who should consider going here vs. the HPN Enterprise, or more generally any location that doesn’t even attempt to honor their contracts (which reservation agreements are). I hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving, and that your branch collapses immediately thereafter, serving as a warning to others that this miserable practice is simply unacceptable. Good health to you and yours - but I think this business should be shuttered.

  Mt Kisco location has great staff and good quality vehicles to choose from. I recommend booking a reservation using the Enterprise App that allows you to check in ahead of arriving for pickup.
