  I like how all three staff have always been attentive to all my questions and needs when I get there. Have to give a big shout out to Andres, Isabella, and Fredrick. Thank you for showing that you care about your customers.

  Enterprise location at Monticello NY upon entering, was greeted nicely and staff were great! Location and bathroom were spotless and smelled clean. My rental experience was smooth and seemless and rental vehicle was a new Jeep Gladiator Mojave which was great in all the snow we received. The staff member that assisted me with the rental and the return was awesome! (forgot his name) made me and my son appreciate his kindness and professionalism.
