They Said That Safelite technician would Be at my house between 12 and five the technician showed up at 2:20 and by 3:20 my windshield was changed. He did say that He would’ve had it done sooner if the Old windshield would’ve came out Without an issue.
- ANAnthony Notaro1 day ago1.0Incompetent lazy people whome tried to make us settle with a more expensive window when we couldn't afford it at the time and already paid for a windshield that was on the car to begin with and they\nTried selling us on a more expensive windshield.Then the night before saying that i never placed order for that particular winshield.I ordered their expensive one smh which i did not. I corrected the manager' steve on the windshield of witch the car has , however he still tried to sell us on the more expensive window and wipers .. then cancel the appointment out of spite after confirming the night b4 claiming that the reason they did was because insurance meanwhile , we are paying on our own , then When confronted about not going through the insurance steve then started to back pedal and stay well we just dont have that windshield here why? Because they were trying to sell me on the more expensive one. I think laziness is a huge problem at this location and greed, I would have to say incompetence on the manager's behalf , a team is only as good as their leader and the management is horrible .....

What?? No one called me and they didn't pick up phone either when I tried to call them myself. Don't ever waste your time with them! Angry and disappointed .
