I corrected the manager' steve on the windshield of witch the car has , however he still tried to sell us on the more expensive window and wipers .. then cancel the appointment out of spite after confirming the night b4 claiming that the reason they did was because insurance meanwhile , we are paying on our own , then When confronted about not going through the insurance steve then started to back pedal and stay well we just dont have that windshield here why? Because they were trying to sell me on the more expensive one. I think laziness is a huge problem at this location and greed, I would have to say incompetence on the manager's behalf , a team is only as good as their leader and the management is horrible .....
