    I had a great experience at the Enterprise in Monticello! The staff were extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Freddy, Isabella, and Dre were especially amazing — professional, friendly, and patient. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and got exactly what I needed. Thank you all for the outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others!

    The Monticello branch is top notch. We were greeted with smiles and treated very well at this location. We worked with Bella during our insurance claim and she made sure everything went off without a hitch from dealing with our insurance company to making sure we had the appropriate vehicle. This branch really stands out amongst the sub par service locally.
