- CCChristina CelliniJul 27, 20255.0I don’t even know where to start. We were on hour SEVEN of needing help when we finally got our car to AutoZone in Monticello. Darren and his manager were a bigger help than the guy our insurance company sent with “roadside assistance”- helpful hint: don’t ever let something with your battery happen on a Sunday!! The terminal post on our battery had come loose at some point and the acid was obviously spraying for quite awhile. As busy as the store was, they made sure we were helped along with everyone else who came in and with a smile on their faces the whole time. Darren helped us get a new battery in and off we went. Without going into too much detail, it was a saga i don’t want to EVER have again, but if we had to do it, this would be the place we’d start. Literally couldn’t have done it without you guys!!!
