  Chris fixed my Toyota Tacoma, needed a new transmission Toyota quoted me over 7k for it, Chris was able to do it at a reasonable price and took a little over a week. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

  I thought my car was dead. This model has cut troubles and I ready started looking at a replaced used car. I asked for an estimate to replace the transmission, but they insisted I bring it in. When they put the car up on the lift and found a leaking fluid line, they fixed it, refilled the fluid and test drove it. My car is back to normal and running great. The price was right, there was no long wait, the staff was excellent and communicated well. Oh! Almost forgot! They CALLED ME BACK after a few days to make sure everything was working okay. Can you imagine? How fantastic. Recommend this transmission shop.

  As a young woman, it can be hard to find a mechanic you feel you can truly trust. I recently broke down and had my car towed to a shop, but they were vague about what was wrong with it. I decided to call around for a second opinion and reached out to Superior. Chris answered the phone, and after I explained the situation, he honestly told me he wouldn’t know for sure until he saw the car.I chose to have my car towed to his shop, and his office made the process incredibly easy. They helped arrange the tow, called to confirm when my car arrived, and even sent me a text so I could fill out the paperwork online without having to come in right away.Chris later called to explain that my car only needed transmission fluid and new hoses. He fixed the issue and reassured me that everything else looked good. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs or push for a new transmission. When I picked up my car, he even showed me photos of the broken line so I could see exactly what had been repaired. I’m so glad I finally found a trustworthy shop I feel confident bringing my car to. Highly recommend!

  I had my toyota highlander in to chris for the transmission. It was acting funky and I didn't feel comfortable having my wife and kids in it. Chris checked it out and It ended up needing a transmission rebuild. I called a few other shops with the codes chris pulled and the way it was driving and the other shops quoted me higher and the dealer actually quoted me almost double chris' quote. The other shops were about the same or less but Chris took his time to explain what the actual issue was and how his rebuild fixes the problems. His warranty was also the best and I really didn't want a used transmission in the car, we use it to go on trips and my kids travel soccer matches. We needed something reliable and chris understood that. He rebuilt our transmission and when we came to pick it up he even stayed later to meet us and show us the failed parts he replaced. Using Superior Transmissions was incredibly convenient, they were close to the highway, he worked within our available time, and he got the car back before an out of town game. The car drives like a dream and we're excited to visit the beach this summer with it.
