Montgomery office had no rentals available and said to call roadside Roadside advised they couldn’t swap out the trucks. After emptying the full truck and no time slot for when they would arrive they advised to leave the keys so they can get the truck. Fast forward 8 weeks and they hit us with a bill for abandonment. Management staff said corporate called and said we promised to pay the tow bill of their broken down truck. Asked to speak to corporate and they would not provide the number. We rent a fleet of trucks every year for 6 months. Lesson learned We will not be back. Terrible experience
