  The staff at Monsey Car Rental were wonderful. If I was going to stay in the area again and needed their services, I would definitely go back.

  Horrible Just Horrible, Staff is super rude LIKE VERY RUDE. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE, ITS DISGUSTING. This Location fell off, it used to be an amazing location very convenient and old staff was amazing. Ever Since the manager mike left this place it’s been a disaster, i don’t even know why would i come back here. I wanted to rent a car it was an emergency i had to drive far, i see several cars in their lot, and the tall white man said “we don’t have any cars available” the other white man was no help either. THEY LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH!!! GO TO ENTERPRISE ON ROUTE 304 YOU’LL FIND VERY HONEST AND WELCOMING STAFF!!! PLEASE STOP USING THIS LOCATION IN MONSEY WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY!!!

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. I picked up a rental Monday at 9:39 AM and returned it Wednesday at 8:44 AM, which is less than 48 hours. Despite returning the vehicle early, I was still charged for three full rental days, which makes absolutely no sense. When I tried to resolve the issue with the branch, I dealt with Austin Glick, who was completely unhelpful and showed no interest in fixing the billing problem. It got even worse when I called the location and spoke with someone who introduced himself as the manager, John. While I was explaining the billing issue, he hung up on me twice. After I contacted corporate customer care for help, the same person called me back from the office. As soon as he realized who I was, he hung up on me again for the third time. So not only was I charged incorrectly, but when I tried to resolve the issue I was literally hung up on three separate times by the location. I attempted to resolve this directly before posting this review and am hoping someone from Enterprise Rent-A-Car corporate will step in, review the billing, and address the unacceptable customer service at this branch. Until then, I would strongly recommend double-checking your bill and documenting everything if you rent from this location

  If I can give 0 I would. If you are interested in renting a car from them ( especially through insurance) please take a lawyer with you to make sure you know what your signing or not signing. They charged me and the insurance and it’s a big mess. They did fraud to a person who didn’t know better and fell for it. Just a fair warning form anyone who takes from them. Calling main enterprise won’t help either they are very unhelpful. Just be careful

  Excellent service and a pleasure renting from The manager John, John took amazing care of me and got me into a nice clean suv, The other Rep Ali, Was super nice and showed me all the features in the car and told me every little option the car has and gave very good detail. I recommend this enterprise location. Amazing staff
