At the time, there was only one person working, Jackson, who went above and beyond to help all guests. Jackson was checking people in, cleaning cars, and handling returns all with a crowded waiting room BY HIMSELF. Jackson remained calm, kind, and thoughtful, checking in with all customers and doing his best to fit each customers needs. I, along with others, appreciated Jackson's dedication to providing all customers with great service.

However, a few days later, they sent me pictures of multiple scratches and damages, claiming they were new. Despite my reservations, I decided to pay for the damages and opened a claim with my credit card. I even called them multiple times to confirm they had my claim information, and they assured me they had everything they needed. However, without my permission or notification, they went ahead and charged my regular insurance. I was left in the dark, with no one to talk to or explain what was happening. I tried to call them to resolve the issue, but the customer service was unhelpful and rude, putting me on hold for hours and eventually hanging up on me. It was frustrating and infuriating. To be honest, I would advise against dealing with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Their customer service is unhelpful and rude, and they seem more interested in making money through surprise charges than in providing good customer service.
