Come on in. ~9A: Arrived at front and went inside. Told them I called about the valve stem. Said to park in a parking spot (Bald African American Male at front desk) ~9:30A: Went inside to get an ETA as I was waiting in the car for 30 minutes. Same front desk guy tell me ‘Oh, we were waiting for you to come back in’… remaining calm, after knowing how could they not know I am waiting in the parking spot after telling me themselves to park there, I ask for the ETA. He tells me we put you ‘on top of the list’. No specific ETA provided despite asking. Stayed in the shop waiting area this time. ~10A: Walked over to the front desk for an ETA. Guy checks in the shop and says there are two cars in front you (same two cars that have been there since arrival at ~9A) Still doesn’t give an ETA time. Asked for ETA for the third time now… says ‘30 minutes more’ At this point I had just to leave this place. JUST WOW… couldn’t simply give me an ETA when I got there at 9A???? Or after forgetting about the customer for the first 30 minutes?? It’s a simple valve stem that wouldve taken 2 minutes to look at to simply assess whether they couldve even fixed it or not, or if it required a complete TPMS monitor replacement. I also had a discussion about price matching online tires. It turns out, tires and that are of better value and more affordable, they’re unable to price match/not included on their list, unless they’re worth $300 per tire or more. I noticed also hearing over other customers that their tire and service prices are extremely high. I will not be coming here ever again.
