My mechanic, Cole, was awesome—he clearly explained what was wrong with my tire and fixed it quickly. Shane also provided great customer service and was very professional. Overall, my experience here was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I Googled the nearest shop and found this Mavis. Shakah got me right in — turned out there was a screw in the tire. They plugged it, and I was out of there in under two hours on a busy Sunday! After stopping by the outlets for a bite and some shopping, I got back to my car and noticed my driver’s side rear tire was down to about 31 psi. Didn’t seem right, so I called Mavis back. Shane, the mechanic, answered and said, “Come right back, I’ll take a look.” He met me in the lot, took the keys, got the car right up, and sure enough — I had run over another huge nail! He fixed and plugged it within 15 minutes. Both Shakah and Shane were super friendly, professional, and efficient. They made sure everything was good to go — twice! Just bad luck on my end, but now I know exactly where to stop if I ever have tire trouble again on the drive between LI and Schenectady. Huge thanks to Shakah and Shane for the awesome service! 👏🚗💨
