The head manager “Roach” and his assistant manager “Shakah” were quick to help me and was very informative about the work needed on my vehicle. Later, my father had to re-inflate the tires himself. When I came back and pointed this out, the staff claimed that the tires were inflated and said they “just didn’t reset the computer.” This is not true and felt like a straight lie. On top of that, they tried to tell me that something on my car was broken and needed repairs, which clearly wasn’t the case. The wheel weights were also installed unevenly and incorrectly — very sloppy work. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Unprofessional, dishonest, and careless.

What do I do with my new tire that couldn't be fixed but under warranty with Mavis. Since this was a first to me, I brought the tire back and wasn't sure what to do or even if I was entitled to anything. Well I can tell you that, they truly accommodated me with a store credit for the cost of the tire because I didn't need a new one. This is what you truly call excellent customer service. I am truly thankful for the store manager and his team for being so helpful. I am truly a loyal customer to you guys. Happy Holidays and thank you again.
