  I had a great experience at Mavis. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and got the work done quickly. The service was efficient and the pricing was fair. I really appreciated the honesty and the way they treated customers with respect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs tires or car service.

  I went to this location for a wheel alignment, it’s my one day off this week, and the staff rudely told me that I couldn’t be seen because I didn’t book an appointment ahead of time. When I asked if I could book an appointment for next week with them at the desk, the staff member was unwilling to help me.

  This use to be a good place under the old managers. Service has gone downhill. I asked how much to just change the break pads. Couldn't get a straight answer. I got double talk and nonsense and an attempt to upsell. Local shops charge about 450 for brakes and rotors. The KID babbled and keep saying $1000 i got what I needed from a local shop for less than half that. Another time I blew a tire, all i needed was a tire. Got turned away because I didn't have an appointment. Wannabe parts changers thinking they're mechanics attempting to nickel and dime customers. I have multiple vehicles, avoid corporate shops, use local shops. Would not recommend

  I had my first ever car problem today and was honestly stressing 😭 There was a nail in my tire and I had no idea what to do. I went to Mavis Discount Tire and Shakah helped me out and he was literally the best. He was super patient, explained everything in a way I could actually understand, and didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing anything about cars… He fixed my tire quickly and made the whole situation way less scary than I thought it would be. You can tell he actually cares about helping people, especially when it’s their first time dealing with car stuff. If you go to Mavis, definitely ask for Shakah, best guy around. Seriously appreciate the help today! :)

  I’ve used this Mavis location multiple times and have always had good service. Recently, while driving on the highway, I heard a scraping sound coming from underneath my car. I got off the highway and brought it straight to Mavis, hoping they could take a quick look. It was the end of the day, so I would have completely understood if they weren’t able to help. When I arrived, the place was packed and I thought I might be out of luck. However, a young man at the desk named Jay immediately reassured me that it was no problem and asked me to have a seat. Even with the end-of-day rush going on, he took the time to help and was able to fix the issue. I’ve always had good customer service at this location, but Jay truly made this experience great. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!
