I usually go to the other Jiffy Lube in Floral Park and their lift was not working. The tech was waiting for me when I got there and took my car right away. The techs who work there are quick and efficient. I was out in :10 and was not upsold anything. I would definitely go back!

I found this Jiffy location using Google Maps and not being car savvy felt I had no choice but to have the issue checked out ASAP. My car was inspected by E. Lopez Librado who advised that my car required special oil (I knew this) and said other things that I don’t recall. I ended up with another oil change and a new filter after the car being driven only 400 miles since the last oil and filter change. Shame on me for not knowing this. That prior sticker was removed and replaced by Jiffy Lube’s. I couldn’t reach my husband to consult with him but when I got home last night he blew a gasket and said I got swindled. Not sure if the mechanic was following Jiffy protocol, which perhaps does not allow discretion to just add oil. I’m disappointed that the mechanic neglected to point that out, if that is the case. I was also advised that instead of coolant in the radiator there was water and that coolant needed to be added. I purchased it at Autozone and came back to have it added. My husband was confused about the mechanic finding water in the radiator. Bottom line, I appreciate the attentive service at this location but would advise proceeding with caution if you are not car savvy.

It’s hard to find honest and hardworking people you can trust with your vehicle, but these guys definitely earned my trust.
