It was a long wait and I needed a ride back to the car shop. I had a car seat, a toddler and 3 bags. I deducted a star for the long wait but the employee that stayed late to give me a ride, she most definitely gets a 5 star. As a single and very stressed mom, her taking the time to drive me and patiently waiting for me to get my things to my car even when it was after hours meant alot. I hope she received overtime for it.

- LDLondon DozierOct 14, 20251.0I was a return customer about 4x times to this location ,and the experience i received was horrible horrendous and completely disorganized the assistant manager was awesome trying every which way to help me and when the branch manager NAMED PRINCE KHALILI BROWN came over to assist, he was very,also disrespectful non caring and didn't offer any help at all ,,Due to the branch manager not knowing policy ,I wasn't able to rent a car THIS GUY WOULD NOT LET ME RENT A CAR FOR A DAY, AND ALSO WAS UNWEAR ON CREDIT CARD RETURNS, I HAD TO REACH OUT TO HEADQUARTERS THE MAIN OFFICE TO LEARN THAT HE SHOULD HAVE DEFINITELY RENTED ME A CAR FOR A DAY and that the ASSISTANT WAS CORRECT IN THE WAY HE WAS HELPING ME,DEFINITELY SINCE I WAS A RETURN CUSTOMER, THAT BRANCH MANAGER NEEDS TO BE RETRAIN AND LEARN THE COMPANY'S POLICIES OR BE LET GO ,THE ASSISTANT MANAGER l he was very professional kind caring to customers needs but as for the BRANCH MANAGER HE WAS TERRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL AND IF I THINK ABOUT IT...HE WAS DISHONEST GIVING ME FALSE INFORMATION PER WHAT HEADQUARTERS SAID ,,SERIOUSLY HE MADE ME FEEL AND SPOKE TO ME LIKE CRAP ,Also the place when you come in looks horrible dirt and trash on the floor, Do they know what a vacuum looks like,employees come in anytime ,with customers waiting
