- SNSonia NarineDec 23, 20251.01 star because I can't leave 0. I made a reservation over a month in advance for Christmas. Emerald member, checked im early to just grab my car and head on the road. When I arrived they didn't have the vehicle I chose and only had a lower class available or a pickup. Neither of which would be appropriate for my 6hr drive with multiple passengers. Especially after the ride to this location was an hour and a half because they said they had vehicles available as the closer locations were sold out. Now I have to figure out how to get to my location days before Christmas. Would not recommend.

It was a long wait and I needed a ride back to the car shop. I had a car seat, a toddler and 3 bags. I deducted a star for the long wait but the employee that stayed late to give me a ride, she most definitely gets a 5 star. As a single and very stressed mom, her taking the time to drive me and patiently waiting for me to get my things to my car even when it was after hours meant alot. I hope she received overtime for it.
