  My car started overheating while I was driving, and I ended up pulling into the AutoZone in Mineola, NY. I explained the issue, and Ken was amazing in assisting me and guiding me on what needed to be done before taking my car to a mechanic. Thank you, Ken, for providing top-notch customer service with a great smile!

  Well, wow well, what can I say? When given these opportunities to step into the store I must’ve felt greatly renowned. This was the moment my life changed for the best or even for the worst nobody can really complain because this place this establishment was amazing why I said the worst is because that day my car had broke down in the middle of the road at Jericho Turnpike right near Jericho Terrace I was stuck. I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t know I needed you but guess what they were right there they were there in my mind they were there physically they were there mentally they were there emotionally they were there spiritually they were there. I heard the store calling me although I was in the moment of weakness. That store was like the church bells to a morning choir up in heaven, it was like as if a beach hit the waves. It was like the bread that has gone toasted. It was like the chicken that’s gone on roasted what else there’s not even much you can really describe a moment as magical as this moment, not the moment or my car was stuck that was not magical actually that was tragic and I was stuck for a while. I must say like two hours or so, but guess what those two hours were worth living because that was the two hours that I met AutoZone AutoZone is the best place to be understood by all your automobile people and don’t get me wrong when I tell you the prices are good, but the people are better. Especially those kind people that I had the pleasure of speaking with in the front. I went up to the door and I tried to open it. I realized I was pulling the push door that was embarrassing, but guess what? Nothing to prepare me for the moment I open that door and everyone’s like hello sir are you OK? I’m like my car is stuck, but guess what my heart is not so I went and I went to go find the parts. I didn’t know what part I needed to be honest cause my car was broken so I went to the nearest service station. I forgot my wallet went all the way back into my car. I realize it has not stopped. turns out I had accidentally hit the button with my arm, turning off the engine, but either way if it wasn’t for AutoZone, I wouldn’t have felt less embarrassed thank you you guys always helped me through my times of need and my times of want my times of may be my times of yes and no I chose a yes that day yes to step into your store and I’ve never turned back ever since you can see me today you’ll say Pyro you changed. I’m like yes I did. I did. It’s all because of you AutoZone you changed me for the better and I will never be the man. I once was the other days before I stepped into your establishment and I am proud of that. I will wear that like a metal on my chest. I will wear that like a trophy on a shelf. I will wear it like my favorite coat in winter. I’ll try to drive but something broke. I tried to turn the wheel it made a note, the sounds kept coming from the car. But here with you, I could finally breathe you say it’s not good but my car is good for me. I’ve been hoping to change but now I know it will change, but I can’t if you’re not by my side why does it feel like every time I let you guys in why does it feel like I could tell you guys anything we can fix this if I never break it what if I find the way to escape it, I could be free. Will it be free? I wish the parts were free. Time goes by and I lose my brake pads. My car only hurts so I just can’t that. But my car is breaking through all these stop lights like it’s break pads are no good. In the dealer asked me to change them. You know I wish I could. Between last service and next service ive been lost inside my head, there’s no point put all the street signs pointing towards no end. It’s easy when I’m with you. No one sees it the way you guys do. I don’t trust my car, but I got to, I keep coming back too- why does it feel like every time I let you guys in? What does it feel like I could tell you guys anything I cannot fix this car if you never change it let the past be the past till it weightless. So take my car it’s broken ) free.) what if you fix what’s broken?
