  When they came out in the past I like the quality and attention to detail. This time my wiper and mirror were loose, I had to go back to have them tighten them . The windshield needs to be cleaned as it has some type of film on it and only shows when wet.

  Technician was very friendly and called me well ahead of time to let me know when he’d be coming so I didn’t have to sit around all day. Came on time and got it don’t quickly and cleanly!

  This shop canceled my appointment at the last minute. Omera claimed she cancelled because I didn’t answer the phone when she called at the end of the day. Then when I rescheduled my appointment for a later time on the same day of the original appointment John called to cancel my appointment again. John claimed they don’t have the windshield. I explained to John that Omera never stated they did not have the windshield. Omera only stated she cancelled my appointment because I did not answer her call to confirm. John stated “Well if you are not going to let me speak don’t come here. Go get your glass fixed somewhere else.” Then John hung the phone up on me. I was at this same location in January to have this same windshield replaced. I was told by the staff to wait until March to replace this windshield. They told me they would fix the chip and stop the cracks from spreading. They told me they had my windshield and they would have it in March when I come back to have it replaced. They said the undissolved salt on the road, cause the chips and if I replaced the windshield now I will run the risk of getting more chips in the new windshield, so they told me to wait to replace the windshield. Now fast forward to March and this is what I have to deal with. The staff John and Omera are very rude and unprofessional. I made a corporate complaint. Cesar, the manager of several safelite locations including this one, was very professional, respectful and helpful. Caesar was able to get my windshield fixed at another location, that was professional and respectful. I will never bring any of my cars back here again. I will not refer this location to any of my veteran buddies, family or friends. Very poor customer service skills.

  Would give zero stars if possible. Tech 90 min late without so much as a heads up. Spent the entire 90 min trying to get a human on the phone. I’ll save you the time…don’t bother. The pinnacle of “Profit over people.” Without hyperbole, the single worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If you MUST use them, clear your whole day and cross your fingers.
