I was annoyed that I couldn’t use my coupon more than once. I can get my oil changed anywhere, I have a bunch of cars and cheaping out on using my coupon for another of my cars is clown shoes.

I specifically got my oil changed at Valvoline because they fill tires with air and it's difficult for me to make sure I have enough air in that tire. One week ago, during my oil change, one man working on the vehicle said "do you see this?" to the other guy, who responded "don't worry about it" and skipped my tire without asking me, just because it was not as easy to get to as the other tires. While the oil change itself was fine, that lack of service rubbed me the wrong way. Valvoline owners, if you see this, I would love to come back in and have my tire properly filled with air, not having to wait in the long line. Please write back.

Same guy that has been changing my oil for years didn’t want to change my oil today so he made the excuse that my car’s front bumper was too low. Plus, I changed my plate recently so he didn’t want to put in the new info. Pure laziness. I have a 2023 BMW and the front bumper is stock. I get my car washed her and I would get my oil changed here in the past with the same car. Pure laziness, if you are to lazy to change it, just say so and don’t make a fake excuse. You just lost a loyal customer.
