- JDJeff DiNoiaJun 29, 20231.0PLEASE RENT ELSEWHERE! Their service representative Ashley was extremely unprofessional in my dealing with PENSKE rental box truck issue. We brought it home and discovered the inside wet with oil AND A/C NOT WORKING. Her response was she doesn’t make a dime from the business and actually encouraged me to file a complaint. She wasn’t friendly and my entire interaction with her was bizarre. The oil would ruin our furniture and mattresses we want to transport. Also I had to drive this rental from NY to the Carolinas during a heat wave w/o A/C. Please don’t make the same mistake. UPDATE - owner responded to contact him but never returned my calls.
- SOStephen ODanielsJul 31, 20224.0Check in was fast and easy, truck had a hard time getting out of its own way when loaded, when loaded truck brakes were very soft, needed plenty of room to stop, checked back in at Middletown at 1:08 pm on 7/31/2022 , discovered oil leak inside of right front tire and last the radio didn't work.
