- FFFAMOUSJANENov 5, 20255.0I will be completely honest I used to go to Monroe muffler all the time from when I was 16 until A few years back, a few years ago I got done very wrong they were very disrespectful to me and I did not step foot in there moving forward , I needed emergency services and they were the closest place to me this week and may I just say that I did not want to go . the new supervisor of Monroe muffler Joe is so respectful he explained things thoroughly he assured me that everything would be fine and also showed me different ways that I could help pay for my fixings on my car to where I would not be in a damaged spot Joe was very helpful as well as as I came in injured with Crutches where they made sure I was comfortable and the person that was working on my car also brought my car up to the front to where I did not have to go far I am very happy with my services and I will again be Returning for good as I am a very happy customer again

- MFMary FarahOct 23, 20255.0I’ve been coming to Monro for about 3 years now for routine maintenance like oil changes, inspection etc. However, I went in today to replace my rear brakes and rotors. I had a long drive coming up and wanted to ensure the car was safe to drive. Monro’s amazing new manager Joe was able to get me in the very next day (at 5pm too!). Joe was very friendly, knowledgable and polite. He explained everything to me and even showed me the damage on the parts that needed to be replaced once the tires were off. This made me feel comfortable leaving my car in his hands. I will likely be returning to complete the front brakes and rotors once it’s time. Thanks again, Joe!
