  Awesome experience at Middletown Mazda! I bought a CX-70 from Joey and I couldn’t be happier. No pressure and hassle free! Nicole in Finance was incredible. She was very patient and clearly explained everything. Would highly recommend 😀

  I have to say this was the most comfortable I have ever felt purchasing a car. I came in to just get regular routine maintenance and was open to looking around for a possibility of getting into a new vehicle. Dan in the service department is phenomenal! Been going to him for years and he knows myself including the vehicles and service I’ve had done pretty well. He gave suggestions and was nice to have someone who really takes an interest in their customers decisions and not just pushing a sale. I was introduced to Brittany. Britany was the most welcoming and down to earth person I have encountered, making me feel like family/friend vs just a “customer”. Britany took the time to explain all my options with being informative and patient through my entire experience. I would highly recommend Middletown Mazda….and asking for Britany! Thank you Dan and Britany!! Loving my new Mazda!!!

  Just wanted to give Ryan a big thanks! I was incorrectly quoted on front brakes and Ryan graciously accommodated the price I was intending on paying! Prior to this appointment for brakes, all other service appointments I needed, Ryan has always displayed great customer service and patience. Give him a raise :)

  Absolute pleasure to deal with! I had the easiest and most professional experience dealing with this Mazda dealership....a true find in sales ,Brittaney was knowledgable and a complete master of all matters concerning my ease of mind in obtaining EXACTLY the vehicle for me....no pressure and a joyful wonderful human being! ....not to be outdone , the Finance manager ( another warm and extremely knowledgeable member of the team) Nicole was a no pressure professional....NO upsells, NO unease ,just a solid and warm experience! Great doing business with this establishment .....p.s really fine cup of coffee ! Thanks

  Company uses ai chatbots to communicate to customers, zero accountability when information is incorrect. I reached out to these guys online to verify that a car was available, and I recieved an email back saying that it was infact available, along with the stock number vin and price. I set an appointment with them to go see the car, took off of work early and made the 45 minute drive out there. Upon arriving I was told that it was actually an ai chat bot that was emailing me and the car was sold days ago. I was understandably annoyed at this news, as a significant amount of my time was wasted, and I passed up seeing another vehicle to look at this one instead. I said something like "You've got to be kidding me" to the salesman, and he replied with something along the lines of "the car was sold on Saturday I'm not sure what you want me to do". I got the impression that he thought I was annoyed about losing out on the car, barely apologizing about the fact that I was misled and had my time wasted. His only explaination was "sorry, the ai must not have updated", and he attempted to pivot me towards something they had in stock. At no point prior to my arrival was it disclosed that it was an ai chatbot that was answering my questions. The email sender had "Customer Service Associate" in their signature, giving no indication it was not an actual person. At best this is a company that wants you to spend 10's of thousands of dollars with them, while being too lazy to even verify something is in stock. The only other conclusion to be made is that they are being intentionally misleading about their inventory in an attempt to bait and switch. In an industry that is driven by customer service, do not do business with a company that is perfectly willing to waste your time, or lie to you so they can make an extra buck.
