The guy who helped me got my tire size & got my car right in for service. When the car was done he told me he only had two tires left for the tires I wanted but gave me better tires for the same price. Very courteous customer service & pretty fast. I don’t think I was there for more than 45 minutes . I am very satisfied.

He didn't steer me wrong and didn't make me spend unnecessary money, although he could have cause I know nothing about tires. He helped me every step of the way. He knows his stuff. Also, one of my tires lost pressure due to the cold weather. I stopped by and he checked all my tires and made sure I was safe. Definitely returning for my next purchase.

The guys were friendly and helpful and didn’t try to force upsell me anything “additional.” They did recommend that I change my brakes but I knew I had to do that anyway. But even then they weren’t pushy about it and showed me how much wear was on the front and back brakes to help with my decision. They were also easy about taking Mavis coupons, no eye rolls included (which has def been a thing at other shops). Anyway, great experience, the only downfall is that they don’t do inspections at this location unfortunately, but they still kindly recommended some places I could go.
- KSKirk SerranoOct 27, 20251.0Those guys at Dolson Ave Mavis are NUTS, i went in for an oil change after about half an hour Leon tells me my swaybar links popped out, I had just gotten them replaced a couple weeks back so I was flabbergasted on how both brand new swaybar links can just pop out, he tells me it could be a bad part, but 2 bad parts???, so I asked him how much would it be to fix them he quoted me $1300.00, lol...I told him I'll take it back to the mechanic that replaced them, I took it back to the mechanic whom is a highly reputable mechanic directly down the street who then told me it's impossible for both links to just pop out and Mavis had to have done that, so basically they sabotaged my car so they can get commission, I had to buy brand new links to replace the brand new links I bought a couple weeks prior, they also diagnose your car and have no idea what they're talking about.,UNBELIEVABLE..STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE MAVIS DISCOUNT TIRE 130-138 DOLSON AVE., They're Nuts..,will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and corporate.
