Thank God both times but not being called or sent an email for why this happened. I feel like I've been right. Then you speak to a manager and he assumes. It's a charge for my toll, and it's not and he cannot tell me what it is very frustrating, but thank God he did. Reimburse me, because if not, I would have been p*****, but I don't like unexpected charges taken out of my account. And then they don't know the reason why make that make sense.
