  Didn't realize the front tire had a bumpy ride until I got on the highway. What a ride. Think the tires should have been changed. Of course this happened after closing time.

  Jalen J. was exceptional throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly break down the contract and explain each step in a clear and detailed way, including how everything would be updated once the insurance payment was processed. His professionalism, patience, and ability to make complex information easy to understand truly stood out. Jalen demonstrated strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a level of customer care that shows he is more than capable of taking on greater responsibility. I would absolutely recommend working with Jalen as a salesperson and will continue to do so in the future.

  This place is incredibly efficient and truly amazing, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. The reason I originally started using them was after I hit a deer while taking my ex-wife’s daughter to the airport, which unfortunately resulted in an accident and required me to get a rental vehicle. I went through them with Allstate, and from start to finish they were absolutely phenomenal, so much so that when it came time for my trip to Disney World, I didn’t even hesitate to use them again for my drive from New York. Once again, they exceeded my expectations. While they may be a bit higher priced than some other rental companies like Budget, which I assume may also have to do with me using Chime, it is still worth every single penny because the service is outstanding. They are friendly, professional, straight to the point, and they truly try to get you in and out with no hassle at all. I absolutely love the Enterprise location here in Middletown, New York. I can’t speak for other locations, but this one is run exceptionally well. The manager clearly knows exactly what he’s doing, and the employees are all incredibly kind and helpful. Five stars across the board without hesitation. This location is absolutely superb.
